Several online forums where you can contact other survivors of sexual crimes
anonymously. You can use these forums to communicate your thoughts and emotions
about particular experiences and to help end the sense of isolation that you, or
others, may be feeling about being a survivor of a sexual crime.
You agree, through your use of the support forums, that:
- You will not use the support forums to post any material which is false,
defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane,
threatening, invasive of another person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of
any law, and that inconfidence.org reserves the sole right to determine
the exact definition of these activities;
- You will not post any copyrighted material on the support forums unless the
copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the lawful owner of the
copyrighted material;
- You will not use the support forums to operate, promote or participate in
email spamming, advertising, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and other
solicitations, whether requested or not, and that inconfidence.org reserves
the sole right to determine the exact definition of these activities;
- inconfidence.org is not responsible for the content of posts on
the support forums, does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of
any information presented in the posts on the support forums and that the posts on
the support forums express the views of the authors, not necessarily the views
of inconfidence.org;
- You remain solely responsible for the content of your posts on the support
forums, and that you will indemnify and hold harmless inconfidence.org, and
any related businesses, against any claims, how ever and where ever arising, due
to your use of the support forums;
- Your IP address and your actions on the support forums and this website are
recorded in the webserver's logs, and that inconfidence.org reserves the
right to provide the information in the webserver's logs, your identity and any
other information inconfidence.org, and any related businesses, may hold
about you to your ISP and the law enforcement authorities, as appropriate, in the
event of a complaint or legal action arising from your use of the support forums
and this website;
