You will not use the support forums to post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of another person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law, and that inconfidence.org reserves the sole right to determine the exact definition of these activities;
  2. You will not post any copyrighted material on the support forums unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the lawful owner of the copyrighted material;
  3. You will not use the support forums to operate, promote or participate in email spamming, advertising, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and other solicitations, whether requested or not, and that inconfidence.org reserves the sole right to determine the exact definition of these activities;

Your IP address and your actions on the support forums and this website are recorded in the webserver's logs, and that inconfidence.org reserves the right to provide the information in the webserver's logs, your identity and any other information inconfidence.org, and any related businesses, may hold about you to your ISP and the law enforcement authorities, as appropriate, in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from your use of the support forums and this website;
